What is it?
The Lean Body Guide (LBG) is a 12 week workout program created as a PDF file to download to your computer, laptop, ipad or smart phone. It’s an easy-to-follow guide tailoring each week of workouts.
What do the workouts target?
LBG is designed to target your legs, arms and core/abs, while also giving you a cardio workout all in just 20 minutes a day! Basically, it's a full body workout that will tone and strengthen your entire body. It does include an option to add weights to some of the exercises.
Do the workouts change?
It’s a very detailed, easy to follow program. Every week, you will be given different moves/reps to go through.
When will I receive the program?
Within 3-4 hours you will receive an email with a PDF file that includes the program to download to your computer, tablet, or save to your smartphone.
Is the program a physical copy?
The program will be sent to you via email. The idea is to use it on your phone, computer, tablet or other media device, but you can print out a copy if you prefer.
Does the program include a meal plan?
Although this is a workout program, I do include nutrition tips, advice and samples to help get you on the right track with your eating habits.
