A few things about me:
I have the best job in the world! I get to wake up each morning and help people get fit & happy. I think maintaining A HEALTHY BODY is the ticket to living a fulfilling life. Without it, we are tired, sad and wishing we were more fit, more motivated. MY GOAL is to leave you wishing for nothing more. I want you to feel GOOD about your body. I want you to be MOTIVATED about life and most of all; I want you to be HAPPY.
What inspires me is you. The people who choose to take their health into their own hands (because seriously, who else will do it for you?) and start living a fit life! You'll never regret getting started. I'm also inspired by my awesome parents who made getting outside & moving a way of life.
I've met some really cool people and have forged some amazing friendships along the way. Connecting with people through fitness has truly given me a fulfilling life.
My goal is to reach as many people as possible to start living with their health as a #1 priority. I want my fitness programs to be accessible and affordable so no one has an excuse not to begin.
I promise, the workouts are really fun! Each of my groups have become a tight community of people from all walks of life. Anyone and everyone is welcome.
We all know there are a lot of gimmicks out there on how to get fit fast. I want to drill home the message that moving our bodies is what we are built to do. I don't want you to get fit fast. I want you to make a permanent change. Small steps lead to long journeys where we are actually learning about ourselves and understanding that fitness is a LIFELONG (not two week) process between you and your body.
